In addition to developing our own solar projects, Brightfield Consulting is
currently reviewing viable solar farm projects for our investor partners who
are interested in "shovel ready" projects between 1MW and 10MW. Projects
larger than 10MW should be able to be phased. Projects which are near
"shovel ready" status will also be considered. Brightfield Consulting are
especially interested in ground mounted solar projects on landfills and
other brownfields.
Brightfield Consulting has direct relationships with NJ and NY based funds
which are dedicated to renewable energy projects and which jointly total in
excess of 1 billion dollars.
Our investors are interested in NJ based projects, especially those that are
in PSE&G and JCP&L service territories and are either grid tied or have a
credible off-take partner with a good credit rating. Brightfield Consulting
reviews all existing municipal and state permits in addition to PJM
Feasibility and Impact Studies before presenting to our investor partners.
Brightfield Consulting also reviews your proforma and will advise on any
structural or cost changes necessary to make the project investment grade.
